In terms of payment, we accept credit cards: VISA and Mastercard only for custommers outside Norway. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (Stripe). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions. Prices are stated in NOK regardless of your destination country. Purchases can only be made in NOK, regardless of what country you choose your delivery to be made.
Shipping outside Norway:
Deys Clothing are registered as PÅL MARTIN TVETE (NO988054690MVA), and operate out of Norway, under Norwegian law.
We do ship wordwide, and due to Norwegian law we ship all products with country tax rate set to 0% for all orders with delivery adress outisde Norway. Local fees and taxes may apply depending on your choice of delivery.

We use Posten Norge for all shipping.
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 36 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.
Estimated Shipping time Overview
Below is an overview of tentative lead times for shipping our web shop orders, estimated from time of dispatch from our warehouse in Lillehammer, Norway. Note that the service(s) we use are not guaranteed lead times, so variations may apply, depending on how remote you live. In our experience most deliveries are done well within the lead times indicated below. To get the best overview, we ask you to track your package online as soon as you get the notification email from our logistics partner(s).
Norway: 1-3 days
Rest of the world: 3-8 days
Tracking your shipment
For bigger orders you'll receive an e-mail and/or sms with your tracking number once the order has been shipped, and/or when it arrives at your local pick up destination.

Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 4 to 6 businessdays after we received your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
